Craigslist Countersuit

Craigslist have launched a countersuit against eBay accusing the auction giant of unfair competition and trademark infringement. eBay last month accused Craigslist of diluting its shareholding by around 10% in order to reduce eBays influence over the company. The Craigslist countersuit is based around eBays Kijiji craiglist clone.
