Warren Cloud

September 21, 2008

Warren cloud is a rogue from the gambling industry who recently passed away on a boating trip in Ibiza from a killer heart attack.

A lot of his personal effects have been sold recently on eBay not making that much money until somebody posted an item with his name on it and it went for a massive amount in comparison to the others, I’m thinking a good tip is try and sell something associated with him if you fancy cashing in.

You never know whether or not this could be the big sale that will buy you your own sail or yacht!!!

eBay’s community

September 20, 2008

I never realised until recently how much of a community eBay actually has, I was stumbling around the site looking for help with a simple problem I had on eBay the other night and inadvertently came across the message boards which host a wonder of peoples comments and thoughts and after delving deeper it turns out its a pretty safe and nice forum in which you can get to know people.

One of my favorite threads is So Drunk You Can’t Remember

Its fun to share experiences and especially if your leathered and how do the government think they will ever get people to drink responsibility when they keep showing adverts about binge drinking and looking a mess before you go out.

The conception is if you get that leathered you have a top night…..

eBay cheap find!!

September 19, 2008

Tonight I’m going to test out how many people trawl eBay in search of cheap bargains or items.

I’m going to put a normal item, but I’m not going to say what on here up for auction but put no reserve on it and not put it down as something popular ad spell it wrong, to see if people can find it ad get a bargain.

I have tried this before with mis-pellings and people ended spending more than it was worth strangely I assume thinking they had found a mi-spelt bargain.

The previous item I sold was a BT home hub ad I spelt it with a (VT) instead of BT.

The reserve was not set and all I wanted was £10, it ended selling for over £50 and the buyer was over the moon.

Can you guess what I’m selling?

A simple clue is the blue side of Liverpool and with signtures but thats just along the description.

eBay fun

September 18, 2008

A girl who was disgusted with Damien Hirst selling his artwork at an auction instead of the traditional idea of real British artists showing them in Art Exhibitions has decided to sell all her stuff she owns associated with Damien Hirst on eBay.

I don’t think she understands that she is such a hypocrite as she is using an AUCTION to sell all the stuff that has to do with him.

Or is it a ploy to get some publicity and some easy sales?

Who knows but im guessing if she gets any where near the 70 million that Damien took she will be the happiest artist in the world.

What do you think?

eBay Mobile Phone Batteries

September 17, 2008

If you’re thinking about buying Mobile Phone Batteries, the place to be is eBay as you have all the opportunities and options to buy as many different types of Mobile Phone Batteries as you can and there are plenty of bargains and discounts to be captured.

One of the best sellers for Nokia mobile phone batteries on eBay is ezone world who is a UK seller with 99.4% positive feedback and is only based in Surrey so the delivery is pretty dam quick.

You can quite often snap up a bargain at a snippet of the normal cost around £1 for one battery and post costing around £2.79 dependant on the amount on batteries you buy.

If you want to take it to the next level and you want buy a specific lithium battery you should try and buy from a power seller called Wow UK as he is another reputable seller with a 98.7% positive feedback.

The only bad thing is the cost is around £10 but you 2 batteries for that cost with postage included, and he is, despite the name, based in Hong Kong so there is a little gamble into whether or not he will send the product but then again that 98.7% positive feedback has come from over 15 thousand sales.

I hope this helps anyone out interested?

eBay fake sales

September 16, 2008

An woman form Sussex has received a sentence of 100 hours unpaid community service, plus she has also been given a 12 month community order which involves paying £1531 costs for selling and distributing fake branded products on eBay. The stupid single mother of 3 from Hampden Park was selling a fake Playboy bra, plus keyring watch and 2 pairs of cheap and nasty earrings to the undercover agent who works for Trading Standards.

Following this the police raided her house and discovered over 260 counterfeit Playboy and really obviously fake Juicy Couture products. She has admitted 3 charges of selling products which will be mistaken for a registered trade mark plus there were 11 more charges which were possessing products which will be mistaken for a popular registered trade marks and the intent to sell.

The stupid woman’s solicitor said “there seemed to be no issue that the goods were counterfeit in her mind. She had bought them from a wholesaler who said they were authentic.” hes also said that his client had, “a degree of naivety”.

The clothing sold resembled this and I can see why she was fooled.

Googler Chrome Ebay

September 15, 2008

Google Chrome is showing that it can be a force in the market place and main sufferers are Firefox and Safari, even though that was to expected. Internet Explorer is standing tall and keeping its fans its the ever loved firefox that has too many extras which current browsers will be very much aware off more than IE users. The million dollar question is will people simply try and go straight back to firefox?

You have to stand and and take a look around as chrome seems to be staying put. The electronic comic book which was released for the start date of Chrome was released to10 or so lucky individuals and one found its self being auctioned on eBay. Duncan Reilly who is part of the Inquisitr sold his Google Chrome comic book on the book section of eBay collecting well over £200 AU $454.99 and then gave all the cash to Charity.

eBay half price motors

September 14, 2008

The actual Insertion charges to sell any vehicle will definitely be slashed by a good 50% this weekend on eBay United Kingdom Motors.

It doesn’t matter if your selling a narrow boat, a donkey, taxi, car, moped or motorbike, the selling fees on Saturday the 13Th all day & Sunday the 14Th of September will only cost the small amount of £4; the special deal will contribute to both auction & BIN listings. All the normal standard costs will be the same.

So is it time to sell that car on eBay?

I might even put my old banger on there and see what happens??????????

Sweet dreams phone call

September 13, 2008

There is a seller on eBay called Little missy, who is selling bedtime stories or sweet dream tales all you have to do is bid for them them pay her via pay-pal and she will call you for a 20 minute period and talk to you however you want and will simply be your friend or tell you want you want to hear.

The funny thing is her starting bid was £2 and it has just finished at a whopping £47, I’m not sure if she will be happy as the winning bid seems to be an American buyer and her sale section didn’t stipulate where the buyer could be from so it might cost her more money to call this stranger.

I’m guessing next time she will asking for bidders to be from the UK as she is a UK seller.
