You can have at least 5 alterations per 1,000 feed backs plus you can only get 1 individual edit per user so  use your brain and make sure you chat to the person changing the feedback review. There re lots of options like

“I resolved a problem the buyer had with this transaction”, “The buyer confirmed that he or she had accidentally left the wrong feedback” or “Other”

Plus you can add note or messages to any buyers.
