Man Jailed for eBay Software Piracy

A man from Oregon who sold counterfeit Adobe software on eBay has been locked up for four years and will serve three additional years on probation as well as doing 130hours of community server.
Mondello, 23 pleaded guilty to copyright infringement amongst other charges. It is alleged he sold around $400,000 from pirated software using 40 eBay and PayPal accounts, which were created using stolen identities.
