The hat happy hour

One of my closest friends runs a local pub which has been hit hard by the recession so he has asked me to come up with novel cheap sales ideas to get people coming in to the pub for a quick spend then hopefully to get them returning. I’m not sure if this will work but I’m going to buy about 50 cheap hats from eBay and call it the hat happy hour. The idea behind it is simple you have to be wearing a hat to get included in the happy hour and cheap drinks and I’m sure it will create a lot of banter and random stories. The photo below is one hat I bought off eBay and the hair is attached.
